When this passive state is reached, imagine that you have realized your wish – not how it was realized, but simply the wish fulfilled. Imagine in picture form what you desire to achieve in life; then feel yourself as having already achieved it.

I agree with this mostly but I think that some conditions have to be met first or along the way.
The feeling of health produces health, the feeling of wealth produces wealth. How do you feel?

Musing -
I used to hate being occassionaly bored as a teenager (I don't remember being bored / much as a child)). I think more awareness needs to be shed on this area - boredom - and the solutions for it because it turns a lot of people both young and old to addictions I believe.
I don't really get bored as an adult and I know what the reason for that is - because I am a creative person and I express my creativity.
I think that creativity is the solution to boredom. But again more awareness is needed of the issue of boredom in general I believe as simply telling people that creativity is the solution to boredom may not cut it with a lot of people. That said I don't believe that many people realise that boredom and creativity are different ends of the spectrum so maybe it would help for them to hear it.
Learning / education e.g. reading books and doing Google searches on and reading about topics online that you are nterested in or curious about is also great for increasing knowledge which helps you to become more creative.
Boredom comes from not being involved with this cosmic happening that is life. #SadhguruQuotes pic.twitter.com/3bpi5nIs5d

The same goes for working in journalism I believe - a lot of the joy comes in asking people questions. And the more you know the better questions you can ask.

I do this!
Pay attention to what makes you happy. Trauma has a way of convincing us what makes us happy doesn't count, or doesn't matter, or is "stupid"-- but I'm telling you: what you like & what you're passionate about hold profound keys to your healing.

Isaac Newton / Gary Zukav (86)
I know that Isaac Newtown was the first person to say the first part of this quote from Gary!
I think I am by no means on my own by saying that that sentiment - about for every action there is an equal and opposite reaction - is hitting home to me more clearly in more recent times with the world or most of it becoming a global village.
In relation to the second part of what Gary says here - yes I agree with me - but I believe unfortunately a lot of people are asleep / spiritually unaware and solely in survival mode where they don't value creativity and expressing it much, never mind the thought of being like this all or most of the time.

I agree! Although I draw a distinction for adults being playful and being overly "messers" in serious contexts where being so is not helpful.
