Stopping smoking — DJP (2026)
I am reading Allen Carr's "Easy Way to Stop Smoking" book for the first time in over 25 years and I
was just reading about other sides to smoking too from ChatGPT / in more or other depth, including
this graph which I think it worth saving for record as a reminder for encouragment for me on my
journey.
I will give an update here on my blog again on how I am getting on with the book just after I have
finished reading it if I don't post on the issue again before then. The first time I read his book in the
year circa 1999/2000 I got off them. I have given up smoking I think three times over the years but not
for very long periods.

Racism and Donald Trump — DJP (2026)
I accept that too much immigration and the decade or more we had this century of left wing
Governments overreach are real issues and were before the time Trump contended that he was going to
go for the White House but I still blame him more than any other individual for the rise of racism
across the Western World in the last decade.
