I get what AH is saying here although my favourite author psychiatrist M. Scott Peck used to say that the time to enter counselling as a client was when you felt "stuck". It has only happened to me at one point in my life where I felt stuck for a extended period of time and that was a long time ago when I was around 19 years old when I was not working and before I knew what I wanted to do in college. 😊
