I posted here a couple of months ago about my first attempt to stop smoking cigarettes in years.
Today the 31st May is World No Tobacco Day 2026. See my update on Facebook below as to how I got
on trying to give them up and below that see a couple of, to me, rather unique jpegs I saw and saved on
Linkedin today. The line of thinking in those two jpegs is very good I think for helping people give up
addictions or at least seriously want at some point to give them up.
