Dr. Glenn Patrick Doyle (13)
In sustainable trauma recovery, the little things are the big things-- our micro decisions about how to talk to ourselves, what to read, what to listen to, how to fuel & care for our body. Those are the building blocks of actual recovery-- every day, every minute micro habits.

Normalize not making little girls hug anyone. Let them say no. Teach them it’s ok to not want to be touched, to need space, and to choose who they share affection with.

U.S Presidential Election 2024 — Donald Trump wins — DJP
I wanted Kamala Harris to win and am disappointed she lost.
I am not going to dwell much on the defeat though for a few reasons.
First of all Donald Trump is 78 years old. If he was in his 40's or 50's and President of the U.S I would probably be afraid to leave my house. Yes he could live for another 10 or 20 years maybe longer but there is a strong chance he won't.
Secondly Trump is not politically correct – and I hate political correctness from ahem so-called leaders.
Connected to my second point is Trump is not or not anywhere near as bureaucratic as most other political leaders in the Western World.
I will post more on Donald Trump when he starts to make big decisions as President.

I posted here a few days ago about the Irish language placenames hashtags I got registered on Youtube. Since then I have gone through my podcasts again more than once and while most of the newer hashtags I entered are not showing up with their own hashtag pages, presumably because I do not have many podcasts with the tags, these hashtags below are showing up properly with their own pages on top of the original placename tags I managed to get registered with their own pages.

Extern Problem Gambling react to enactment of the Gambling Regulation Act - Near FM (2024)
Haischlibeanna d'logainmneacha Gaeilge — Youtube
During the week I spent a few hours updating (or rather correcting) a lot of my hashtags on Youtube for my Youtube channels and the Ar Muin na Muice Near FM Youtube channel which I administrate.
I mainly formatted them properly just for the as Gaeilge / bilingual podcasts I have done with hashtags of placenames in north Dublin.
Anyway all the below placenames as Gaeilge in these two lists are now registered on Youtube with their own individual pages e.g #AnChúlóg (Coolock). I think there has to be at least 6 videos / podcasts with a tag on Youtube for the tag to register.
Hopefully the nós of adding as Gaeilge placename tags will catch on on Youtube and I won't be surprised if it does / at least somewhat. I remember hearing that the nós was popular on TikTok.
The As Gaeilge placenames I registered on Youtube and with their own individual pages now include:
Baile Átha Cliath 15 agus Oirdheisceart na Mí / Dublin 15 and South-East Meath:
#AnChabrach / Cabra
#AnChúlóg / Coolock
#BailenahAbhann – Very small village in Conamara / Connemara – where TG4 and Cúla4 are based.
The name is also to be found in several other counties too.
#AnMuileanngCearr / Mullingar (County Town of Westmeath)
#BaileÁthaLuain / Athlone
#LeitirCeanainn / Letterkenny – Is Baile Seirbhíse Gaeltachta é
